Limited Residential Warranty
Cordalera warrants that our Enduro and Enduro Max Rigid Core flooring products are free from manufacturing defects. When installed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and in accordance with Cordalera’s Installation Guide, the flooring will not warp, cup, or buckle.
When properly maintained per Cordalera’s Maintenance Guide, Enduro and Enduro Max Rigid Core flooring will not wear out, fade, or stain under normal residential use for the warranty period stated below.
This warranty applies only to the original end user and requires proof of purchase for all claims.
Limited Commercial Warranty
Cordalera warrants that our Enduro and Enduro Max Rigid Core flooring products are free from manufacturing defects. When installed indoors in a climate-controlled area and maintained per Cordalera’s guides, the flooring will not warp, cup, buckle, wear out, fade, or stain under light commercial use for the warranty period specified below.
This warranty applies only to the original end user and requires proof of purchase for all claims.
Lifetime Waterproof Warranty
Cordalera warrants that Enduro and Enduro Max Rigid Core products are 100% waterproof, and that the structural integrity of the plank will not be significantly diminished by exposure to water for the life of the product.
This warranty does not cover:

Use of the flooring as a moisture barrier.

Subfloor moisture, mold, or mildew growth from prolonged exposure to moisture.

Damage caused by flooding, standing water, leaky pipes or appliances, or hydrostatic pressure—events typically covered by homeowner’s insurance.

Terms and Conditions

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Warranty applies only to the first owner and installation — it is non-transferable.

Installation constitutes acceptance of the floor’s appearance, quality, and condition.

At least 50% of the installed floor area must show wear or failure for a warranty claim to be considered.

Claims for wear must show a minimum dime-sized area.
-
Warranty applies only to inherent manufacturing defects acknowledged by Cordalera.

Cordalera will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective material with current product inventory. No other compensation or remedy is provided.

Warranty covers hidden defects only, not those visible prior to or during installation.

All planks must be inspected under adequate lighting before installation; defective planks must not be installed.

Cordalera is not responsible for loss of time, inconvenience, labor, or consequential damages.

Cordalera reserves the right to inspect the flooring, request samples, and require documentation. Any repair or replacement without Cordalera’s written consent voids this warranty.

No third party is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

Improper installation, excessive subfloor moisture, inadequate subfloor preparation.

Radiant heated floors not compliant with Cordalera’s requirements.
-
Construction-related damage (adhesives, tape, etc.).
-
Installation of visibly defective planks.
-
Minor deformities visible only under certain lighting or angles.
-
Color/gloss variations between samples, batches, or later installations.
-
Accidents, chemical spills, fire, flood, moisture, mold, or mildew.
-
Heavy rolling loads, uneven subfloors, or misuse causing damage to planks or joints.
-
Use of mixed locking systems, “as-is,” irregular, or trial-grade materials.

Failure to follow Cordalera maintenance instructions, including:

Dragging heavy objects or furniture
-
Untrimmed pet nails, damaged heels/shoes
-
Use of mats, casters, or furniture without non-staining protection
-
Use of vacuum beater bars or steam mops
-

Loss of gloss, surface dulling, scratches, gouges, or scuffs.
-
Fading or color change due to heat, light, or sunlight.
-
Installations in non–climate-controlled areas, or areas with extreme temperatures (e.g., saunas).

Environments with commercial cleaning machines, heavy rolling loads, or medical/dental equipment that can stress the locking system.
How to File a Claim
If you believe you have a valid claim:

Contact the retailer where you purchased your Cordalera floor.

Provide a description of the issue, proof of purchase, photos and/or samples, and any additional requested documentation.

The retailer will perform an initial inspection and submit findings to Cordalera for review.
Cordalera will review the information and determine whether the claim meets warranty conditions.
